Livemedia provided complete audiovisual coverage, installing a large LED screen to display the sessions and speeches, along with advanced sound systems and lighting, ensuring excellent image and sound quality.
Additionally, Livemedia managed the stage layout with a floor manager, including the panels, and oversaw the event flow, ensuring the smooth presentation of the conference's content.
Livemedia also handled multi-camera live streaming of the conference sessions via its platform, allowing remote participants to watch the event in real time. Separate teams covered the event photographically, filmed the highlights, and conducted interviews with guest speakers, capturing the key moments of the conference.
